Nordex Group is offering a Services Aftersales-Sales Technician Intern position in Navarra, Spain. You will assist in managing the Aftersales portfolio, analyzing data, supporting deliveries, invoicing and customer follow-ups in a dynamic international environment.

The role requires pursuing or recently completed degrees and an advanced level of English (C1). Strong communication and organizational skills are desirable, with proficiency in Excel considered a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the management and setup of the Aftersales Services portfolio, including references, costs, margins and terms.
• Monitor customer requests, quotations, orders, conversion rates, and KPIs to aid growth.
• Assist in coordinating deliveries, invoicing and follow-up with customers, and analyze satisfaction surveys for improvements.
• Maintain product databases with costs, lead times, risks and supplier data in line with global agreements.
• Update business databases daily to support quotations, workload planning and reporting.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and drive improvements.

As part of our growth, we are hiring a Services Aftersales-Sales Technician Intern(m/f/d). The main tasks and responsibilities will be as follows:

MY TASKS:

• Supporting the management and setup of the Aftersales Services portfolio, ensuring the correct configuration of references, product costs, proposed margins, and contractual terms and conditions
• Monitoring customer requests, quotations submitted, purchase orders received, conversion ratios, and key performance indicators to support business development and operational efficiency
• Assisting in the coordination of deliveries, invoicing activities, and customer follow-up processes, including the analysis of customer satisfaction surveys and identification of improvement actions
• Maintaining and updating product databases with accurate information on costs, delivery lead times, risks, and supplier data, in alignment with global framework agreements and company standards
• Managing and updating business databases on a daily basis to support quotation activities, workload planning, order registration, and operational reporting
• Collaborating with suppliers, cross-functional teams, and global functions to ensure data accuracy and support continuous improvement initiatives within the Aftersales department

MY PROFILE:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Advanced level of English is required (C1)
• Previous internship or work experience is desirable
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret commercial and operational data
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic international environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is considered a plus
