Job summary

Nordex Group seeks a Global PQA Digital Transformation & Process Support Intern in Barasoain to help digitalize QA processes. You will design and maintain Power Apps, build Power BI dashboards, and automate reporting to improve data quality.

This role offers exposure to cross-functional teams in an international setting. You are pursuing or have completed a degree in a relevant field and have a strong English level (C1).

• Support digital transformation of QA processes through development and implementation of digital solutions.

• Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities for digitalization and improvement.
• Assist in analyzing, monitoring and visualizing quality-related data for decisions.

Global PQA Digital Transformation & Process Support Intern (m/f/d)

LOCATION: Barasoain, ES, 31395

As part of our growth, we are hiring a Global PQA Digital Transformation & Process Support Trainee (m/f/d) in Nacelles Global Production Quality Assurance (Quality Nacelles). The main tasks and responsibilities will be as follows:

MY TASKS:

• Supporting the digital transformation of Quality Assurance processes through the development and implementation of digital solutions
• Designing, developing, and maintaining applications usingMicrosoft Power Apps to support, standardize, and optimize Quality Assurance processes
• Creating, updating, and improvingPower BI dashboards and reports, ensuring the availability of reliable and up-to-date KPIs for business stakeholders
• Assisting in the automation of reporting activities and data management processes to improve efficiency and data quality
• Collaborating with different departments to identify opportunities for process digitalization and continuous improvement
• Supporting the analysis, monitoring, and visualization of quality-related data to facilitate data-driven decision-making
• Participating in digital transformation projects and providing support on additional tasks within the Quality Assurance department

MY PROFILE:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree inIndustrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Digital Transformation, or a related field
• Advanced level of English is required (C1)
• Knowledge ofMicrosoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and/or Power BI) is highly valued
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into digital solutions
• Interest in process optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
• Good organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn in an international environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
