Job summary

Nordex Group in Spain, Navarra region, is seeking a procurement/material management professional to ensure timely delivery planning and purchasing. You will coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and project teams to monitor KPIs and resolve supply issues.

Requirements include SAP MM and MS Office proficiency, several years in procurement or material management, and strong English skills with a vision for teamwork and IT‑driven planning.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or similar.
• Very good knowledge of SAP MM and MS Office is required.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in procurement or material management.

Responsibilities

• Delivery planning.
• Placing orders and following up on deliveries.
• Coordination with suppliers, Sourcing, Logistics Execution, Quality, and the Project Execution Office.
• Tracking and follow-up of non-conforming parts and missing parts.
• Coordination with Sites regarding local deliveries.

MISSION

Ensure the timely availability of components within the scope of Logistics and Material Management (Log+MM).

YOUR TASKS

• Delivery planning
• Placing orders and following up on deliveries
• Coordination with suppliers, Sourcing, Logistics Execution, Quality, and the Project Execution Office
• Tracking and follow-up of non-conforming parts and missing parts
• Coordination with Sites regarding local deliveries
• Preparation of reports and monitoring of KPIs

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed studies in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
• Very good knowledge of SAP MM and MS Office is required
• Organized, proactive, and decisive, knowledge and experience in supplier management and teamwork, comfortable using IT tools for planning and supply management, goal-oriented
• Very good written and spoken English. Additional languages will be considered an advantage
• Several years of relevant professional experience in procurement or material management
