NTT DATA is seeking an experienced z/OS Mainframe Systems Programmer to join our enterprise infrastructure team in Barcelona. The role focuses on installation, upgrade, maintenance, and support of IBM z/OS and related ISV products in large-scale, mission-critical environments such as banking and financial services.

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in z/OS Systems Programming.
• Deep knowledge of z/OS operating system, SMP/E, TSO/ISPF, USS, SDSF, JCL, RACF.
• Strong Parallel Sysplex implementation and administration expertise.
• Experience with IBM and CA/Broadcom mainframe products.
• Experience in large enterprise environments, preferably Banking/Financial Services.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, customize, upgrade, and maintain IBM z/OS operating systems.
• Manage and support IBM and CA/Broadcom system software across enterprise environments.
• Plan and execute OS upgrades and maintenance using SMP/E.
• Administer Parallel Sysplex environments for high availability.
• Perform system performance monitoring, capacity planning, and optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex system-level issues involving z/OS, middleware, and infra components.
• Collaborate with application support, infrastructure, security and operations teams.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
• Support production implementations and planned maintenance, including after-hours work.
