Swiss Re in Madrid is seeking a Modern Workplace Engineer to drive cloud-native endpoint management for 17,000+ employees. You will champion Intune-first strategies, automate provisioning, and secure the endpoint with Defender and CA policies.

In this hybrid role, collaborate with the Digital Workplace team, advance Windows Autopilot deployment, and optimize Microsoft 365 Apps while delivering high-quality, documented solutions.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune as the primary endpoint management tool.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning in enterprise environments.
• Solid experience with Defender for Endpoint and endpoint security management.
• Strong proficiency in Azure AD / Entra ID, including CA, SSO and MFA.
• PowerShell scripting and automation via Microsoft Graph API for endpoint tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Design, deploy and manage modern endpoint solutions using Intune, Autopilot, and cloud-native tools.
• Lead the evolution of endpoint management toward a cloud-first, Intune-driven architecture.
• Implement and maintain endpoint security with Defender for Endpoint and Zero Trust.
• Automate provisioning, configuration and compliance using PowerShell and Graph API.
• Manage identity and access across Azure AD / Entra ID, including SSO and MFA.
• Support and optimize Microsoft 365 Apps deployment and end-user experience.
• Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues and document solutions.
• Collaborate with Endpoints team to develop new workplace features.
• Promote Swiss Re's risk culture and participate in risk accountability activities.
