SGS is looking for a Workplace Engineer/Analyst in Madrid, responsible for advancing their global Modern Workplace ecosystem. The candidate will leverage their expertise in Microsoft Intune and Windows management to ensure a secure and efficient user experience.

Essential qualifications include 3+ years in endpoint engineering and a relevant degree, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Formación

• 3+ years’ hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
• Strong knowledge of device lifecycle management.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services and Azure AD / Entra ID.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Intune and Windows management.
• Design and implement Modern Workplace solutions.
• Act as Tier 3 escalation point for complex endpoint-related incidents.
