Avanade in Madrid is seeking a Modern Workplace Endpoint Engineer to design, build and operate enterprise MECM environments and Windows endpoint deployment solutions across international projects. You will work with cross‑functional teams across multiple countries, performing OS deployment, image creation, app packaging, and endpoint security hardening while ensuring asset accuracy and service readiness.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience designing, implementing and supporting MECM environments in enterprise contexts.
• Strong knowledge of MECM architecture including SQL, site roles, boundaries, discovery and RBA C.
• Experience with Windows 11 imaging, OSD, driver management and software distribution.
• Experience with patch management using WSUS and PatchMyPC and related reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and validate MECM environments, including SQL databases, site system roles, boundaries and Distribution Points.
• Create and maintain Windows 11 light images and OSD task sequences with drivers and corporate apps.
• Review inventories, import or repackage country-specific apps, validate content distribution and compatibility.
• Prepare IT Corner and device staging capabilities, integrate with DNS, DHCP, AD, PKI and security services.
• Plan country pilots, coordinate device appointments, handover, and manage remastering and exceptions.
• Operate and troubleshoot MECM services, patching, client health, deployment and device diagnostics.
• Maintain asset and ownership records in CMDBs and reconcile migrated devices.
• Produce design, deployment, test, DR, training and handover documentation.
• Coordinate delivery across countries with cross‑functional teams while protecting service continuity.
