Accenture España is seeking a Workday Talent & Performance Senior Analyst to join the Workday Practice. You’ll join a global team delivering integrated, cloud-based HR solutions and participate in rapid deployments and complete transformations for top international clients.

You will work on design, configuration, testing and documentation of Workday talent and performance modules, guiding analysts and contributing to reusable assets.

Formación

• Intermediate professional experience with hands-on Workday talent and performance configuration.
• Ability to own configuration areas and deliver to a high standard.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in Spanish (minimum B1).

Responsabilidades

• Participate in design sessions and contribute ideas to talent and performance solution.
• Configure, test and document Workday talent and performance across implementation phases.
• Own specific talent and performance configuration areas from build to deployment.
• Investigate and resolve configuration defects and support quality.
• Support Analysts and contribute to team documentation and reusable assets.
