BNB - Business Network Builders in Madrid is seeking a Workday consultant to drive requirements analysis, workshops, and customer management for cloud-based Workday projects across Europe and Latin America.

The role emphasizes configuring the Workday platform, prototyping solutions, and ensuring delivery aligns with client needs, including Core HCM. Strong communication and willingness to travel are expected.

Formación

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, or similar quantitative/analytical fields.
• Background or interest in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, or data analysis is a strong plus.
• Fluent English required; Spanish highly desirable; Italian or French considered an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Understand client business requirements and configure Workday solutions.
• Demonstrate configurations through prototype systems and assist testing.
• Lead workshops to gather requirements for Core HCM and other areas.
• Design, prototype, configure, test and deliver the Workday platform.
• Participate in Workday Community and share expertise.
