BNB - Business Network Builders in Spain seeks a Workday Consultant to join our multicultural IT team. You will engage with international clients, gather requirements, configure Workday, and prototype solutions across Core HCM with an emphasis on accuracy and user-centric design.

Fluent English is required; willingness to travel to Madrid or Barcelona is expected. We offer healthcare, training, and time off, along with a supportive environment that values learning and diversity.

Formación

• Fluent English; strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities and teamwork mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Understand client requirements and configure the Workday solution.
• Lead workshops and gather business requirements for Core HCM and other areas.
• Prototype configurations and support testing to demonstrate value to the client.
• Engage with large global organizations to drive Workday deployments.
