GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical System Integration Leader to drive the electrical system design across multiple wind turbine platforms.

You will own subsystems from requirements through certification, working with generators, transformers, converters and switchgear to optimize performance, cost and reliability. Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Electrical Engineering or related discipline is required.
• Strong technology and/or product management experience in low voltage and/or power path component design or in similar position.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Leading: Component and system design lifecycle leader of the sub-system; full ownership and accountability for design, development, testing and certification of appointed sub-system; drive should-cost assessments and support cost optimization; communicate design details to senior leadership; ensure lessons learned are incorporated; provide innovative design solutions for safety and quality.
• Operation: Prioritize and delegate work to a global team of design engineers and sub-contractors; manage daily operations including prioritization, scheduling, and resource allocation; collaborate with customers, fleet support teams and systems engineering on fleet issues.
• Deliverables: Review critical drawings, schematics and technical specifications for accuracy; review design reviews documents for standards compliance; ensure quality, on-time delivery, design cost, DFMEA, performance, availability and weight targets.
• Support: Collaborate with cross-functions to enable cross-segment development; interface with test labs to drive validation strategy; provide technical guidance to define and apply design practices and standards; assist PBM/CTH owners.
