Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a recent Electrical Engineering graduate to join our professional engineering team in Barcelona. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited university.
• Entry-level or early-career experience.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Design, validation, and release of electrical sub-system components.
• Learn and apply the design process from requirements definition through concept, design, release, and validation.
• Develop specifications, drawings, schematics, bills of material, and design documentation.
• Support design reviews and engineering change activities, ensuring alignment with product requirements and quality expectations.
• Develop understanding of DFMEA, design risks, and mitigation actions in support of robust engineering decisions.
• Support testing and validation activities to confirm design intent, compliance, and performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support component development, product integration, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate engineering documentation and support quality and safety requirements in line with company procedures.
• Contribute to troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and design improvement activities under supervision.
