GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a System Integration Leader and Repair Engineer to advance repair capability across the installed wind turbine fleet.

You will coordinate at system level, define scope, contribute to PRDs, and work across engineering segments to ensure requirements are understood and satisfied. The role involves interfacing with product lines, managing design reviews, and supporting Baseline capabilities and Advanced Repairs with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with GEV Wind Turbine equipment, Cypress platform preferred.
• Experience with Corella and RMS for turbine interfaces.

Responsabilidades

• Assess projects, scope work, and develop robust PRD with resource needs.
• Own Repair Capability Matrix for platforms.
• Assist NPIs on Serviceability/Repairability reviews.
• Provide wind turbine system expertise through product lifecycle stages.
• Collaborate with field teams to address PAC cases.
• Identify and mitigate program risks; develop mitigation plans.
• Design innovative repair solutions and ensure adherence to standards.
• Support rigging and tooling drawings capturing lessons learned.
