Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 15 years engineering experience.
5 years experience reviewing and developing Installation and Logistics processes.
Designing tooling, fixtures.
2 years mentoring and guiding others on repair process and Wing creation.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership to design teams across all project lifecycle stages for Installation and Logistics.
Accountable for overall technical underwriting of designs and site execution processes.
Influence design rigor, DFMEA, root-cause analysis, and design tools.
Drive continuous improvement in engineering design processes and practices.
Mentor and develop engineering talent within the discipline.
