Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced UAT Lead for a large-scale banking transformation program in Spain. You will own end-to-end UAT coordination across multiple workstreams, bridging business users and delivery teams, and ensuring structured, traceable testing with timely go-live decisions.

The role demands hands-on leadership, strong stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of banking operations. A bilingual (French/English) capability is required in a collaborative, hybrid work

Qualifications

Proven experience leading UAT on banking/financial services transformations.
Strong understanding of banking operations and domain (e.g., onboarding, KYC, account management).
Ability to influence stakeholders across levels and manage cross-workstream activities.
Experience coordinating structured test cycles with formal entry/exit criteria and sign-off governance.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end UAT planning, scheduling, and execution across program workstreams.
Facilitate UAT sessions with business users, translating requirements into test scenarios.
Single point of contact for business stakeholders during UAT phases.
Coordinate with Test Manager to align UAT with overall strategy and sign-off criteria.
Manage defect triage and drive resolution with delivery teams.
Produce UAT status dashboards and governance sign-off documentation.
