Accenture PLC in Spain seeks a BA/Architect Lead for the Intelligent Operations FS Program. You will bridge business and technology, own end-to-end requirements, and provide architectural grounding for agile, offshore-supported delivery.

Proven BRD and functional spec delivery for SI programs.
Experience translating business context into unambiguous specs for distributed build teams.
Ability to manage stage-gate delivery and governance with executive sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

Lead requirements gathering across KYC, Estates, CEP workstreams with client stakeholders.
Define functional labels and process-to-solution traceability; produce design specs for AI-assisted development.
Enforce BA scope boundaries and coordinate with architects on To-Be design.
Run discovery sessions in English; translate outputs to English delivery artefacts if needed.
Support test strategy and UAT execution; sign off on test outcomes.
Contribute to program-level architecture decisions across cross-workstream data flows.
