Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced UAT Lead to join a large-scale banking modernization program in a bilingual environment. You will own end-to-end UAT planning, execution, and governance across multiple workstreams, ensuring clear criteria and sign-off for go-live decisions.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, banking operations knowledge (KYC, onboarding), and hands-on leadership of a small team, with travel 25-30% to program locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading UAT on banking or financial services transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of retail banking or operations (e.g. KYC, onboarding, account management).
• Experience coordinating structured test cycles with formal entry/exit criteria and sign-off governance.
• Proficiency in test management tools such as JIRA or X-Ray.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UAT planning, scheduling, and execution across program workstreams.
• Facilitate UAT sessions with business users and translate requirements into test scenarios.
• Act as the single point of contact for business stakeholders during UAT phases.
• Coordinate with Test Manager to align UAT with test strategy, entry and exit criteria.
• Confirm scope, business readiness, and sign-off conditions with leads.
• Manage defect triage, prioritization, and resolution with delivery teams.
• Produce UAT status reporting and governance sign-off documents.
• Identify and escalate risks and blockers to UAT progress.
