Job summary

Accenture is seeking a BA/Architect Lead for the Intelligent Operations FS Program in Madrid, bridging business and technology across KYC, estates, and CEP. The role owns end-to-end requirements, from elicitation to UAT, and provides architectural grounding for complex banking operations.

You will lead client workshops in English, coordinate with offshore teams, and ensure governance and quality gates are met. Fluent in English and strong stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in business analysis or functional architecture.
• Experience on SI programs in a consulting or delivery environment.
• Deep banking operations knowledge: KYC, AML, client lifecycle, estates, core banking workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and BRD creation across KYC, Estates, CEP workstreams.
• Define functional labels and traceability; produce functional design specs for AI-assisted development.
• Manage BA scope boundaries and coordinate with technical architects on To-Be design.
• Run workshops in English with stakeholders; translate outputs if needed.
• Participate in stage-gate reviews, CAB governance, and quality checkpoints.
• Identify scope gaps and risks; document and escalate to Delivery Lead/PMO.
• Support test strategy and UAT; sign off on test outcomes.
• Contribute to program-level architectural decisions on data flows and cross-workstream consistency.
