Preply is expanding its Supply Growth team and seeks a Senior Supply Acquisition Specialist to own tutor acquisition end-to-end across SEM and paid social. You will partner with Marketing, CRM, Data, and Product to build scalable acquisition engines in a fast‑moving space.

You have 5+ years in growth marketing with hands-on budget ownership, strong CRM and funnel math skills, and a proven track record of scaling channels from scratch. Barcelona relocation offered.

Formación

• 5+ years in growth/performance marketing or demand generation with budget ownership.
• Fluent in CRM concepts and funnel math (CAC, LTV/CAC).
• Experience building and scaling channels from scratch with ambiguity.
• Able to work with central marketing and independently own channels.

Responsabilidades

• Own tutor acquisition across SEM and paid social and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with SEO/CRM to grow organic acquisition and improve lead-to-tutor conversion.
• Define KPI framework and reporting for acquisition channels and budget decisions.
• Build and scale new channels and partnerships with playbooks for future scale.
