Preply is seeking an experienced M&A Senior Manager to lead deal origination, diligence and integration planning from our Strategy chapter in Barcelona. You’ll own the pipeline, evaluate targets with Finance, Legal and Product, and present board-ready recommendations.

You'll bring 7–10 years of M&A experience, proven end-to-end execution, and strong financial modelling. Prior EdTech, SaaS, or high-growth tech exposure is highly valued in a fast-moving, collaborative culture.

Formación

• 7–10 years of M&A experience in-house at a tech company or in investment banking/PE with ownership of deal execution

Responsabilidades

• Define Preply’s M&A strategy and investment thesis — set criteria for target types, deal size, and strategic fit across growth priorities
• Build and manage acquisition pipeline — identify targets, develop theses, drive processes from screening to close
• Lead financial modelling and valuation across deal processes: DCF, accretion/dilution, LBO, P&L impact
• Conduct end-to-end due diligence across financial, commercial, legal, and operational dimensions
• Project-manage cross-functional workstreams (Finance, Legal, Product, HR) during deal execution and integration
• Develop board-ready strategic recommendations and executive presentations on M&A opportunities
