Super is building a global technology platform for entertainment and fan experiences. We seek a Senior Business Transformation Lead to convert complex, cross-functional problems into scoped initiatives, delivering and measuring benefits with PMO discipline where needed.

You will partner across functions to mature a Transformation Office, drive governance, and report at executive level. You will lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, embed AI-enabled improvements, and manage adoption while

Formación

Significant experience leading large-scale, cross-functional business transformation.
Experience applying process reengineering and organisational design to delivery.
Experience delivering AI-enabled transformation at scale.

Responsabilidades

Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives end-to-end with clear milestones and ownership.
Convert ambiguous priorities into structured delivery plans with defined risks and decisions.
Collaborate with Business Architect and Head of Automation to translate designs into delivery.
Enable process reengineering and operating model changes across end-to-end processes.
Embed AI-enabled ways of working with the AI enablement team to improve workflows.
Manage adoption and people impact in partnership with Change Manager and business leaders.
Support Transformation Office foundations: visibility, cadence, governance, and reporting.
Advise the VP, Transformation on planning, governance, and strategic priorities.
