Experian Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior PMO Manager to lead and govern complex strategic initiatives across multiple business functions. The role establishes project governance standards, drives portfolio oversight, and ensures successful delivery of transformation programs aligned with Experian's priorities.

The ideal candidate will lead enterprise-scale programs, manage executive reporting, and partner with senior leaders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of PMO, program or project leadership experience.
• Proven record delivering enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience in a complex multinational organization.
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead PMO governance across a portfolio of strategic initiatives.
• Define objectives, scope, milestones, and success metrics with leaders.
• Present concise governance updates to senior leadership and steering committees.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources and benefits realization.
• Support change management and organizational readiness activities.
