Super is seeking a Senior Business Transformation Lead to translate complex, cross-functional problems into scoped initiatives delivered with measurable benefits.

In this role you will drive end-to-end transformation initiatives, embedding AI-enabled workflows and working with the Transformation Office to establish governance and reporting. Strong executive collaboration and change-management judgement are essential.

• Enable process reengineering and operating model change by simplifying and standardising end-to-end processes.
• Embed AI-enabled ways of working with the AI enablement team.
• Manage adoption and people impact with Change Manager and business leaders.
• Support Transformation Office foundations: portfolio visibility, cadence, governance, and executive reporting.
• Partner with VP, Transformation on planning, governance, and strategic priority-setting.

As Senior Business Transformation Lead, you will convert complex, cross‑functional business problems into scoped initiatives that are delivered, adopted, and measured — bringing PMO discipline where needed, though the primary value of the role is transformation leadership rather than project or portfolio administration. The role sits within Business Transformation as the primary execution lead for priorities that cut across functions, ownership areas, or operating models — priorities that would otherwise stall for lack of a clear owner. You will also help mature a fit‑for‑purpose Transformation Office, building portfolio visibility, prioritisation cadence, governance rhythm, and delivery standards.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead cross‑functional transformation initiatives end-to-end, from problem framing and scope definition through to delivery, adoption, and benefits tracking, taking ownership where accountability does not sit clearly within one function.
• Convert ambiguous priorities into structured delivery plans with clear milestones, owners, risks, dependencies, and decisions, bringing structure without adding bureaucracy.
• Partner with the Business Architect and Head of Automation to translate target operating model, capability, and process designs into practical delivery.
• Enable process reengineering and operating model change by working with functional owners and Business/Process Specialists to simplify, standardise, and reengineer end-to-end processes as part of the initiatives you lead.
• Embed AI‑enabled ways of working by partnering with the AI enablement team to identify and deliver AI‑augmented process, workflow, and decision‑making improvements within your initiatives.
• Manage adoption and people impact by owning resistance management, engagement, and behavioural adoption in partnership with the Change Manager and business leaders.
• Support the build‑out of Transformation Office foundations, including portfolio visibility, prioritisation cadence, delivery standards, governance rhythm, and executive‑level reporting.
• Act as a trusted partner to the VP, Transformation on transformation planning, governance, executive communication, and strategic priority‑setting.

What we’re looking for

• Significant experience leading large‑scale, cross‑functional business transformation — either in‑house at scale or in a senior role at a management consultancy — with a proven track record of moving initiatives from design into execution, adoption, and measurable outcomes, not only strategy or design work.
• Strong experience in process reengineering and organisational design applied as a delivery activity (rather than pure architecture), including data flows.
• Experience delivering or embedding AI‑enabled transformation, such as process automation, AI‑augmented workflows, or AI adoption at scale.
• Strong end‑to‑end programme delivery skills: planning, governance, risk and dependency management, and benefits realisation.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems and translate strategic priorities into clear, sequenced plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence at executive level, with the ability to align competing functions and drive decisions.
• Strong change management judgement, covering adoption risk, communications, engagement, and resistance management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level papers, decision logs, and updates.
• Commercial judgement, with the ability to focus transformation work on measurable business value.
• Comfort operating in an agile, fluid environment where priorities and ownership shift.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in tech, entertainment, media, or other high‑velocity businesses.
• Experience with data‑enabled or digitally‑enabled transformation.
• Familiarity with vendor and partner management in a transformation context.
