Super is seeking a Business Process Analyst to drive end-to-end improvements across functions and geographies. You will blend business analysis, process modelling, and emerging technology, including AI, to identify opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will work with BPMN 2.0, Signavio, and other tools to design, analyse, and optimise processes while partnering with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable specifications.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Process Improvement roles.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on experience with process modelling using BPMN 2.0
• Experience using BPM and process tools such as Signavio, BusinessOptix, or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse and document business requirements across multiple functions and geographies.
• Map and model business processes using BPMN 2.0 standards.
• Use BPM tools such as Signavio or SAP Signavio to design, analyse, and optimise processes.
• Conduct as-is / to-be analysis to identify inefficiencies, risks, and automation opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to align business needs with technology and data-driven solutions.
• Support the identification and evaluation of AI-driven opportunities, including process automation, decision support, and predictive analytics.
• Facilitate workshops, process discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Define and track KPIs and process performance metrics.
• Maintain process documentation, governance standards, and repositories.
