Allianz Technology seeks a Senior AI Transformation Lead for Finance Transformation to drive AI-enabled solutions across Allianz Technology. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, guide IT architects, and ensure secure, scalable, and compliant delivery from concept to production.

With a focus on finance processes and ERP/SaaS platforms, you will partner with PMs to deliver on the New Horizon 2030 initiative, leveraging cloud and GenAI capabilities while maintaining governance and risk

Formación

• Extensive experience leading large-scale IT transformation and AI-enabled solution delivery.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field.
• Strong stakeholder management bridging technical and business teams.
• Deep understanding of finance processes (GL, AP/AR, FP&A) and ERP/SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), data architecture, and MLOps lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI transformation projects from ideation through handover and adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT architects, data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and ensure milestones deliver value.
• Translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements for teams.
• Facilitate workshops and steering meetings to align stakeholders on solutions.
• Guide teams delivering AI/ML use cases in Finance from concept to production.
