Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Project Delivery Specialist based in Spain to oversee complex projects in global mobile connectivity and eSIM services. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors, mobile network operators, and service partners to ensure successful delivery across multiple markets.

This fully remote, international role requires strong planning, risk management, and governance, with autonomy to drive improvements and ensure high-quality outcomes for travelers

Qualifications

• 3+ years in mobile telecommunications and 6+ years delivering enterprise software deployments.
• Strong understanding of eSIM technology and roaming use cases.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Familiarity with PM methodologies (Waterfall and Agile).
• English proficiency; ability to work across international teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of high-visibility projects across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, and milestones.
• Coordinate internal teams, mobile operators, vendors, and service providers.
• Monitor performance against timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Apply governance and reporting to ensure alignment and informed decisions.
• Lead risk and issue management with proactive mitigation.
• Oversee regulatory compliance when entering new markets.
• Coordinate technical network integrations with Engineering and Product teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning, execution, and governance.
