• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of telecom solution delivery or technical project leadership.
• Strong expertise in IMS networks, VoIP/SIP/VoLTE, and fixed IMS solutions.
• End-to-End solution architecture, integration, and validation experience.
• Multidisciplinary team leadership and project management capabilities.
• EU residency required (based in the European Union).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct technical delivery across multiple functional domains for Fixed IMS solutions.
• Oversee Analysis & Design, Integration, and Verification & Validation engineering teams.
• Ensure end-to-end QoS, system performance, and platform stability.
• Monitor KPIs and drive risk mitigation and service quality.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams, telecom operators, and third-party stakeholders.
