Jobgether is seeking a Senior Technical Writer based in Spain to join a highly technical C2 engineering environment. You will translate complex engineering knowledge into clear, actionable documentation for operators, field engineers, customers, support, and developers, covering deployment, observability, troubleshooting, onboarding, upgrades, recovery, and procedures.

Formación

• 5+ years in technical writing or related fields.
• Experience documenting complex software, cloud infra, or robotics.
• Ability to produce user guides, deployment docs, runbooks, and observability references.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, Linux, containers/Kubernetes, APIs, networking, logs and metrics.
• Ability to translate engineering input into structured, clear documentation.
• Experience validating docs via hands-on execution and user testing.

Responsabilidades

• Create product guides for C2 products, use cases, workflows, and safe procedures.
• Document deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, onboarding, upgrades, rollback, and recovery procedures.
• Capture cloud deployment workflows with prerequisites, configuration, validation, and handover steps.
• Develop observability docs covering dashboards, metrics, states, and escalation paths.
• Build runbooks for connectivity, telemetry, Kubernetes, and dependent services.
• Document UxV onboarding workflows from access setup to readiness validation.
• Maintain release notes, compatibility info, known limitations, and upgrade guidance.
• Collaborate with engineering, platform, product, security, and field teams to validate technical information.
• Establish and manage a practical documentation lifecycle with ownership and versioning.
