Webfleet Solutions B.V. seeks a Senior Technical Writer to own content for hardware, software, and APIs, spanning product kits, user guides, release communications, and OEM.connect docs. You’ll ensure translation readiness, manage localization workflows, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and CX to align content with releases.

You will maintain accuracy across formats and languages, drive consistency, and own a content calendar while collaborating with vendors and teams globally.

Formación

• 5+ years technical writing for hardware or software products.
• Experience writing API and developer-facing documentation.
• Experience managing a TMS or localization platform.
• Proven ability to own a content calendar independently.
• Strong grasp of structured authoring (DITA, Markdown, or similar).
• Excellent written English, comfortable reading engineering specs, API references, and changelogs.

Responsabilidades

• Own and produce product content across hardware, software, and APIs.
• Create digital user guides, installation guides, and knowledge-base content.
• Publish release communications, notes, and how-to content for end users.
• Maintain API and OEM.connect documentation with evolving endpoints and specs.
• Manage on-premise localization platform, intake and route translation requests.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and CX to align content with releases.
• Maintain content accuracy and freshness across products and markets.
