Jobgether is seeking a Senior Specialist, Knowledge Management in Spain. The role focuses on turning fragmented documentation into a scalable knowledge system for a fast-paced Trust and Safety organization.

You will partner with policy, operations, QA, and SMEs to keep knowledge current and usable across globally distributed teams. The position combines systems design with change management, aiming to improve accuracy, accessibility, and decision-making.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in knowledge management or related fields.
• Experience in Trust and Safety, content moderation, or platform integrity environments is valuable.
• Proven ability to audit, restructure, and improve complex or fragmented knowledge systems.
• Strong capability to work with ambiguity, incomplete information, and evolving priorities.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience designing documentation systems, governance models, and content lifecycle frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Audit and map the existing knowledge ecosystem, identify gaps and outdated documentation across policy, compliance, and operations.
• Design and maintain information architecture governing knowledge structure, storage, access, and governance.
• Define documentation standards, templates, versioning rules, lifecycle policies, and quality criteria.
• Oversee knowledge dependencies to reflect updates across downstream documentation and workflows.
• Capture tacit knowledge from SMEs via interviews, workshops, and sprints.
• Build feedback loops with QA and operations to identify knowledge gaps and recurring errors.
• Maintain long-term health of the knowledge base through audits and lifecycle management.
• Partner with training and operations to translate knowledge into practice across global teams.
• Define and track metrics like content freshness, search effectiveness, coverage gaps, onboarding.
• Act as central coordinator for knowledge flow across distributed teams.
