Webfleet is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to own end-to-end content across hardware, software, and APIs. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience to publish guides, release notes, and API references that help customers install, integrate, and gain value from Webfleet products.

You’ll manage translation workflows, maintain a content calendar, and ensure accuracy across languages and markets, while aligning with release cycles and vendor partners.

Formación

• 5+ years of technical writing for hardware or software products.
• Experience writing API and developer-facing documentation.
• Experience managing a TMS or localization platform.
• Proven ability to own a content calendar independently.
• Strong grasp of structured authoring (DITA, Markdown, or similar).
• Excellent written English, comfortable reading engineering specs, API references, and changelogs.

Responsabilidades

• Own product content across Product, Engineering and Customer Experience.
• Create product kits, guides and release communications for hardware and software.
• Develop API and OEM.connect documentation and maintain changelogs.
• Localize content and manage translations via TMS/vendor coordination.
• Coordinate content readiness within release processes with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and audit content for accuracy across markets and languages.
