Fortinet is seeking a Systems Engineer in Madrid, Spain to support the sales organization in technical matters, pre-sales and post-sales training. You will be the main technical resource on calls, assist in qualifying leads, and explain features, specifications, and integration.

Formación

• 5–8 years experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
• 5–8 years experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration.
• Strong understanding of DNS and NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP.
• Knowledge of routing, switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, network security, intrusion detection and antivirus.
• Experience with encryption and authentication technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint (Pre-sales).
• Be the main technical resource on sales calls and educate the customer on features, specifications and functionality.
• Conversant with networking applications and solutions.
• Provide assistance to identified customers with post-sales training.
