Palo Alto Networks Madrid is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer specializing in SASE with a focus on Prisma Access. You will be the technical backbone for enterprise customers, solving complex networking and security challenges and mentoring junior engineers.

The role requires experience with SD-WAN, BGP, SSL/TLS, and policy management within Prisma, with a shift that covers European hours and on-call rotations. Office-based with flexible arrangements.

Formación

• 5+ years in technical support or systems engineering.
• At least 2 years focused on SASE or Cloud Security.
• Mastery of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, IPsec VPNs, SSL/TLS, Web proxy.
• Proficiency with Wireshark, MTR, Curl for troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead resolution of complex Prisma Access, GlobalProtect, and cloud service configurations.
• Debug routing and connectivity across hybrid environments, including SD-WAN and BGP.
• Perform deep-dive packet and log analysis to provide RCA for high-priority incidents.
• Act as technical POC for premium enterprise accounts and align deployments with best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to influence product improvements.
• Manage and optimize security policies in Prisma (SSL Decryption, DLP, WildFire, ATP).
• Create technical docs and knowledge base articles; lead internal training.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous learning.
• Facilitate root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
