Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a skilled Service Desk / Field Engineer to join its IT Service Desk. You will deliver high-quality support for end-user technology, local office infrastructure, and collaboration tools, partnering with teams across regions while primarily supporting your local site.

You will help enhance support processes, implement automation, and ensure a seamless, secure technology experience for employees. Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this role.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Information Technology or equivalent.
• 2+ years hands-on experience in a Service Desk or Field Support role.
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace administration, endpoint management, Zoom, and identity/access management tools.
• Experience supporting macOS and Windows devices, SaaS apps, VPN, and enterprise collaboration platforms.
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python) or automation tools to streamline IT operations.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, hands-on IT support for end-user devices, local office infrastructure, and collaboration tools.
• Collaborate with global teams to support users regionally while focusing on local site needs.
• Improve support processes, implement automation, and ensure secure user experiences.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, and reduce downtime.
• Maintain and support core services like Google Workspace, endpoint management, VPN, and access management.
• Create and update runbooks, documentation, and knowledge base articles.
• Develop or modify automation scripts to streamline routine tasks.
• Provide on-site field engineering support for devices, conference rooms, and network connectivity.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and effective communication with users.
