AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to design and automate AI-driven software documentation for end users, developers, and system integrators. You will partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to understand needs and craft scalable documentation architecture and automation patterns.

The role emphasizes prompt templates, style guides, and content models, with governance to ensure consistency across user guides, API docs, and release notes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical writing for SaaS, cloud platforms, or developer content.
• Deep familiarity with prompt engineering and AI tooling to drive quality.
• Strong architecture and scalable documentation patterns.
• Tech concepts: APIs, data models, event streaming, batch processing.
• Proficiency with Markdown, YAML, Git and version-controlled workflows.
• Clear written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional product environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, engineering, and operations to understand docs needs.
