Inbrain Neuroelectronics seeks a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to partner with senior leaders, translate hiring plans into recruitment strategies, and build pipelines for current and future needs in Barcelona. You will guide assessments, offers, and onboarding while aligning people initiatives with business goals.

You will lead multi-channel sourcing, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven hiring decisions to ensure high-quality hires across functions.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related People functions.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end recruitment for technical and business functions.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes from vacancy to offer.
• Develop recruitment strategies, sourcing plans, timelines, and assessment methodologies.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Coordinate offer preparation and negotiations; align offers with internal frameworks.
• Facilitate onboarding and early employee experience; ensure readiness of start dates.
• Maintain recruitment systems, data integrity, and reporting; monitor KPIs.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
