Job summary

Etnia Eyewear Culture in Barcelona is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition leader to build an international recruitment function from the ground up, shaping strategies, processes, and employer branding initiatives for rapid growth.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment across markets, develop our EVP and career pages, and use Teamtailor to deliver engaging candidate journeys that reflect our distinctive identity.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting senior and specialist profiles across multiple markets.
• Experience with Employer Branding and candidate experience initiatives.
• Ability to advise hiring managers and anticipate talent needs in a fast-growing, international context.
• Advanced English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• Experience integrating recruitment consultancy or executive search with in-house Talent Acquisition is valuable.

How will you make an impact?

You’ll lead international recruitment. You’ll manage end-to-end selection processes across different countries and functions, from sourcing and assessment to offer management, partnering with business leaders to attract senior and specialist talent.

You’ll bring our employer brand to life. You’ll develop and activate our Employee Value Proposition, career pages and talent attraction initiatives, leveraging Teamtailor to deliver a distinctive and engaging candidate experience.

You’ll build a proactive, data-driven recruitment strategy. You’ll anticipate future hiring needs, create talent pipelines, implement direct sourcing strategies and monitor recruitment KPIs to continuously improve hiring quality and efficiency.

What will make you successful in this role?

At least 5 years of hands-on Talent Acquisition experience. You’ll have managed end-to-end recruitment processes independently, including direct sourcing, competency-based interviews, candidate assessment and stakeholder management. Experience recruiting senior and specialist profiles will help you make an immediate impact.

Proven international recruitment experience. You’ll know how to attract and assess talent across different countries and functions, adapting to local markets while maintaining a consistent recruitment approach. Experience combining recruitment consultancy or executive search with in-house Talent Acquisition will be particularly valuable.

Experience in Employer Branding and candidate experience. You’ll have contributed to initiatives such as EVP development, recruitment marketing, career pages or candidate journey improvements. Experience with Teamtailor or a similar ATS will help you optimize recruitment processes and candidate engagement.

A proactive, business-oriented mindset. You’ll be comfortable advising hiring managers, challenging assumptions and anticipating talent needs. Your ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on recruitment will be essential in a fast-growing environment.

Strong communication skills and a connection with our industry. Advanced English (C1/C2) and Spanish will allow you to work confidently across international markets. An interest in eyewear, fashion, luxury or lifestyle brands will help you connect with our identity and talent communities.
