Job summary

Etnia Barcelona is seeking an Area Manager UK to drive growth across the UK market, nurture key accounts and build lasting partnerships with independent opticians. You will present collections, activate brand campaigns and spearhead initiatives that elevate sell-through and brand experience.

The role requires a proven track record in premium eyewear or luxury consumer goods, strong relationship skills and native English proficiency, with entrepreneurial drive and a passion for design and culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in eyewear, optics, fashion, premium consumer goods or luxury brands.
• Strong commercial mindset and proven track record in business development.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and results-driven.
• Passion for design, fashion, culture and premium brands.
• Native English speaker.
