Job summary

Etnia Barcelona is seeking a Senior People Transformation Lead to build and scale our People function as we expand internationally. You will design talent management, organizational structures and digital tools that support rapid growth and a world-class employee experience.

Based in Barcelona, you will partner with senior leaders to implement workforce planning, organizational design and succession planning, driving cross-functional HR projects and shaping the future of our multinational

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in People transformation or HR projects.
• Background in Human Capital Consulting, Organizational Development or HR Transformation.
• Experience in a consulting environment is valuable.
• Advanced English (C1/C2) and Spanish are required.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

How will you make an impact?

You'll lead organizational and talent projects. You'll drive workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning and talent development initiatives, partnering with business leaders to build the structures and capabilities needed for growth.

You'll shape the employee journey. You'll design and implement processes covering onboarding, performance management, career development, internal mobility and employee engagement, creating a consistent experience across the organization.

You'll drive People digital transformation. You'll lead the implementation and continuous improvement of our digital People platform, coordinating stakeholders, managing project timelines, optimizing workflows and ensuring successful adoption.

What will make you successful in this role?

At least 5 years of experience in People transformation or HR projects. A background in Human Capital Consulting, Organizational Development, Talent Management or HR Transformation will give you the expertise to understand business challenges and translate them into effective People solutions. Experience in a consulting environment will be particularly valuable.

Proven project management experience. You'll have led cross-functional HR or organizational projects from diagnosis and design to implementation, coordinating stakeholders, timelines and deliverables. Your ability to turn strategy into execution will be essential.

Knowledge of organizational design and talent management. Experience in workforce planning, organizational structures, succession planning, performance management or employee development will help you build scalable processes for a rapidly growing organization.

Experience with digital People platforms. Having participated in the implementation or optimization of HRIS or talent management systems will help you lead our digital transformation. Your analytical mindset and ability to drive change will ensure successful adoption and measurable improvements.

A business-oriented, hands‑on mindset. You'll be comfortable working with senior leaders, managing ambiguity and taking ownership of projects in an evolving environment. Advanced English (C1/C2), Spanish and an interest in fashion, eyewear or creative brands will help you connect with our international business and culture.
