Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in recruitment, esp. executive search.
• Proven track record of filling senior roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for executive and specialized roles, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and clients.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber passive candidates globally.
• Perform in-depth interviews and comprehensive assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to share market intelligence and best practices.
