Formación

• 15+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5+ years in people management roles.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a deep understanding of the business context in EMEA and align AI-powered talent strategies with priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders as advisor, providing predictive analytics and data-backed insights for talent decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create scalable talent solutions, including AI-enhanced hiring frameworks.
• Cross-collaborate with EMEA teams to deliver effective TA solutions.
• Design and implement innovative, multi-channel talent sourcing strategies leveraging generative AI and intelligent sourcing platforms.
• Lead quarterly TA planning with predictive hiring models to ensure clear goals and disciplined execution.
• Contribute to regional and global initiatives, exploring emerging HR tech and AI capabilities.
• Drive TA effectiveness with metric-driven performance management and AI workflow optimization.
• Own analytics to evaluate impact, reduce bias in AI screening, and inform decisions.
• Ensure accountability and outcome ownership across TA deliverables.
• Lead and develop a high-performing TA team with a focus on engagement, AI fluency and ownership.
• Model ethical AI usage and integrity in all interactions.
• Foster an inclusive, feedback-rich culture focused on continuous learning and adaptability.
• Demonstrate openness to feedback and use AI insights for continuous improvement.
• Encourage innovation and experimentation with Next-Gen TA tech.
