Rhenus SE & Co. is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to shape and lead AI-powered talent strategies across the EMEA region.

This role is based in Spain or Serbia and reports to the Director - Talent Acquisition EMEA in the United Kingdom. You will partner with senior leaders to forecast talent needs, build robust pipelines for current and future growth, and lead a high-performing TA team with a focus on data-driven decision making, innovation, and ethical AI usage.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience in tech
• 5+ years in people management roles
• Deep specialization in TA for technical roles
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into TA strategy
• Data-driven, multi-channel sourcing using AI tools
• Trusted advisor to senior leaders with predictive analytics

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement AI-powered TA strategies aligned with business priorities
• Partner with senior leaders to provide data-backed insights for talent decisions
• Lead regional TA planning with clear goals and measurable outcomes
• Oversee AI workflows, bias mitigation, and KPI tracking across TA
• Inspire and coach a high-performing TA team with a culture of learning and accountability
