Job summary

Preply is a global tutor marketplace transforming education. As a Senior Supply Operations Specialist, you’ll own day-to-day supply operations and drive growth in Preply Business (B2B) and new subject expansions, partnering with B2B, Expansion, RevOps, Product and Data teams.

You’ll improve tutor coverage, lifecycle, and quality, define success metrics, and build dashboards with Data. A proven operations and cross-functional leadership track record, plus strong problem solving and adaptability,

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in operations, strategy & operations, consulting, marketplaces or high-growth tech roles.
• Project leadership across cross-functional initiatives from problem definition to rollout.
• Structured problem solving to break down ambiguous topics into goals and options.
• Program management with planning and follow-through across multiple workstreams.
• Stakeholder management with cross-functional collaboration across commercial, product and data partners.
• Data-driven approach: sizes opportunities, defines KPIs and translates insights into actions.
• Ownership mindset with autonomous working style and proactive issue closure.
• Operational excellence: design processes and guardrails to protect quality and reliability.
• AI fluency: comfortable using AI tools to automate and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive Supply workstreams for priority growth areas, focusing on tutor coverage, liquidity, quality and lifecycle readiness.
• Represent Supply in cross-functional planning and shape priorities, sequencing, and launch requirements.
• Be the Supply point of contact for day-to-day questions and edge cases, elevating decisions when needed.
• Structure ambiguous problems into clear plans, workstreams and decisions, delivering from diagnosis to rollout with Product, Data, Growth, RevOps, Expansion and other teams.
• Identify the biggest supply gaps and drive fixes across NLS and language subjects, including B2B scenarios.
• Strengthen the end-to-end tutor lifecycle from onboarding to matching and categorization.
• Define success metrics and build dashboards for supply health with Data.
• Propose new opportunities by challenging assumptions and testing practical AI-enabled approaches.
