Job summary

ALFA AI GmbH is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for our Barcelona operation to lead end-to-end planning and a team of 5–6 professionals. The role focuses on Supply Planning, Demand Planning and Production Planning to ensure demand, capacity, materials and inventory are aligned with production needs.

The successful candidate will drive S&OP, capacity planning and inventory optimisation, while maintaining strong customer service and OTIF performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain leadership in manufacturing.
• Strong planning, S&OP, inventory and material planning experience.
• Proven people leadership in fast-paced production environment.
• ERP/MRP knowledge and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supply, Demand and Production Planning.
• Drive S&OP, capacity planning and inventory optimisation.
• Ensure strong customer service and OTIF performance.
• Manage supplier performance and support procurement activities.
• Lead and develop the Supply Chain team.
• Drive continuous improvement across Supply Chain operations.
• Partner closely with manufacturing and wider business functions.
