Job summary

ALFA AI GmbH is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for our Barcelona operation to lead end-to-end planning and a team of 5–6 professionals. The role focuses on Supply Planning, Demand Planning and Production Planning to ensure demand, capacity, materials and inventory are aligned with production needs.

The successful candidate will drive S&OP, capacity planning and inventory optimisation, while maintaining strong customer service and OTIF performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain leadership in manufacturing.
• Strong planning, S&OP, inventory and material planning experience.
• Proven people leadership in fast-paced production environment.
• ERP/MRP knowledge and advanced Excel skills.

EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with a large-scale international manufacturing organisation to recruit a Supply Chain Manager for its Barcelona operation.

This is a key leadership role with responsibility for end-to-end Supply Chain, leading a team of approximately 5 to 6 people. The primary focus will be Supply Planning, Demand Planning and Production Planning, ensuring demand, capacity, materials and inventory are effectively aligned.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years' Supply Chain experience within manufacturing, FMCG or food & beverage.
• Strong planning experience is essential.
• Experience with S&OP, inventory and material planning.
• Proven people leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience within a manufacturing environment.
• ERP/MRP knowledge and strong Excel skills.
• Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working close to the operation.
