Henkel in Barcelona is seeking a Supply Planning Analyst to support long-term demand and supply planning for the region. You will help develop MPS, RCCP and DRP plans, monitor constraints, and support inventory management with detailed data and recommendations.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, 1–2 years in supply planning, fluent English, and advanced Excel; SAP is a plus. The role offers a hybrid work model and diverse growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering with focus on supply chain.
• 1–2 years of experience in a supply planning role or related field.
• Fluent English and strong analytical and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Assists in the development and review of long-term supply plans with accurate data inputs.
• Executes mid-/long-term MPS, RCCP, and DRP plans for the region.
• Monitors supply network constraints and under-utilizations with detailed data and recommendations.
• Reviews inventory policies, tracks slow-movers, and monitors obsolete stock.
• Identifies Finished Goods requirements and prepares allocation proposals.
• Provides inputs and reports for regional S&OP meetings for alignment.
• Works with Operational Supply Planning and Material Planning to ensure supply availability.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and accuracy.
