EMEA Recruitment is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for a site near Barcelona. The role focuses on end-to-end supply chain optimization, leading a team, and delivering cost savings across planning, inventory, and logistics.

Requirements include manufacturing experience, strong leadership, SAP proficiency, and fluency in English and Spanish. This is a site-based, fast-paced leadership opportunity with stakeholder collaboration at site, regional, and core teams.

Formación

• Proven experience in supply chain management within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
• Hands-on expertise in planning, inventory control, and capacity modelling.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities at all organisational levels.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and experience managing ERP system implementations.
• Ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment, showing strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end material planning, inventory management and logistics operations at the site.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve lead times, capacity utilization, and inventory management.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across site, regional, and central teams to ensure alignment.
• Lead and develop a team, including coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and procurement targets aligned with site objectives.
• Continuously analyze supply chain performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions.
