The Straumann Group is seeking a SuccessFactors Solution Architect to design and govern the integration architecture for SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Employee Central and non-developer configuration.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, and partners to ensure scalable, compliant, and future-proof solutions, covering data models, templates, and data loads, while maintaining high standards for security and governance.

Formación

• Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Solution Architect or integration architect.
• Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and data structures.
• Strong understanding of data models and effective-dated data handling.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite or CPI as middleware.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end integration architecture for SuccessFactors and connected HR systems.
• Provide EC configuration guidance, data loads, and validation checks.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, vendors and partners to translate business needs into scalable designs.
• Ensure security, performance, error handling, and monitoring across integrations.
