Job summary

Colliers is seeking an EMEA Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to provide expert BAU support, L3 issue resolution, and continuous improvement across the SAP SuccessFactors landscape with a focus on Employee Central modules.

The role requires certification in Employee Central plus experience in related modules, working with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and external partners to ensure platform stability and successful quarterly releases.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors in BAU, support, or application management.
• Strong functional knowledge of Employee Central and related modules across HCM processes.
• Experience with cross-module impacts and multi-country deployments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 BAU support for SAP SuccessFactors, prioritizing Employee Central issues.
• Lead configuration changes, data fixes, and release activities with proper governance.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, IT, and external partners to ensure platform stability.
• Mentor junior analysts and ensure accurate documentation and handovers.
• Support planned Compensation implementations and Time Off configurations.
