Schwarz Digits is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors administrator to manage and continuously enhance our HR platform. You will configure functions, workflows and authorizations while ensuring stability and optimal system performance across modules.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in computer science or business informatics, several years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, and strong IT architecture and security knowledge.

Formación

• Degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
• Several years of SAP SuccessFactors administration experience (e.g., EC, REC, P&G)
• Knowledge of IT architecture, networks and security concepts (SSO, encryption, access control)
• Experience with IT security standards and their practical implementation
• Knowledge of SAP BTP and integration options (e.g., SAP Integration Suite, APIs, middleware)
• Analytical thinking and ability to understand and optimize complex system relationships
• Strong communication skills, teamwork and a structured way of working; English is essential; German is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Technical administration and continuous development of the SAP SuccessFactors platform
• Configuration and optimization of platform functions, workflows and authorizations
• Ensure platform stability, including monitoring, troubleshooting and performance optimization
• Analysis and optimization of IT architecture for SuccessFactors implementations and integrations
• Integration of SuccessFactors into other systems (e.g. SAP ERP, third-party systems) using middleware and APIs
• Support in the use and further development of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and its services
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and training of internal teams
